To be part of the team, you have to be dedicated, willing to learn and be reliable to be at your best at all times. Be resourceful in many ways, roadblocks should not hinder you from being effective and efficient. You should be responsible with your duties though no one is watching. You have to be self-motivated and resilient. Always thrive with minimal direction.

Our bosses listen to everyone's suggestions and opinions, then take action if it's doable and beneficial. CareLuLu offers stable jobs with better compensation. In my position, bonus is performance-driven so the more you exceed your goal, the higher compensation you get. You need to have great work ethic and be able to work with minimal supervision.
